1 About the programme
The purpose of the Public Call is to provide grants to companies and research organisations to address challenges in the public sector, with the aim of improving the efficiency and quality of services provided by public institutions to citizens and businesses.
The objective of the Call is to encourage public sector institutions to use modern technologies to improve service delivery and operational efficiency. Through this programme, the Innovation Fund enables public institutions to use modern technologies to improve their services and respond more effectively to the needs of citizens. At the same time, it creates an opportunity for technology companies and research organisations to develop and test solutions with strong potential for application in the public sector.
2 Eligible applicants
Eligible applicants are:
- Micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs), including newly established enterprises;
- Research and knowledge-dissemination organisations and research organisations.
Enterprises must be registered in Montenegro and meet the programme requirements. Applicants must apply individually, and partner organisations are not eligible.
