Open Call for Expert Commission Members to evaluate project proposals submitted under the Public Call for Strengthening the Innovation of Newly Established or Existing Micro, Small and Medium-sized Enterprises
The Innovation Fund of Montenegro invites Expressions of Interest from international experts for the selection of members of the Expert Commission responsible for the evaluation of project proposals submitted under the Public Call for Strengthening the Innovation of Newly Established or Existing Micro, Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (MSMEs).
The selected experts will support the second stage of the evaluation process, during which shortlisted applicants will present their projects to the Expert Commission. The programme provides grant funding from the State Budget of Montenegro with the objective of increasing the innovativeness of MSMEs through the introduction of process innovations or the development of new or significantly improved market-oriented products, services or technologies.
The Call is open to experts with relevant experience across all scientific, technological and industrial fields.
Interested candidates are invited to submit the following documents by 31 August 2026 to inovativnost@fondzainovacije.me, using the subject line:
“Expression of Interest for the Expert Commission for the Program for Strengthening the Innovation of Newly Established or Existing MSMEs”
The application should include:
- a cover letter outlining the applicant’s motivation and demonstrating how they meet the required selection criteria; and
- a curriculum vitae (CV).
If you are not already registered as an international expert on the Innovation Fund’s Evaluation Portal, you will also be required to register by selecting “Register as an evaluator” at:
