n Fund of Montenegro announces a Public Call for the selection of members of the expert committee for the evaluation of project proposals submitted under the Public Call for Support to Early-Stage Startup Development.

The experts will evaluate projects submitted under the Early-Stage Startup Development Support Program, which has a total budget of EUR 400,000. The aim of this program is to strengthen the startup ecosystem in Montenegro by supporting the growth and development of existing and new startup companies. Teams or existing startup companies developing solutions with high market growth potential are eligible to apply. Grants provided by the Fund, in the amount of up to EUR 35,000 per project, offer not only financial support but also mentoring support, which is extremely important at this stage of development.
In this regard, three independent experts with professional competencies, experience, and knowledge relevant to the evaluation of project proposals are required. The main task of the expert committee is to assess and evaluate submitted proposals based on predefined criteria and provide funding recommendations to the Innovation Fund. The evaluation process will be conducted in accordance with international best practices, ensuring transparency and fair competition.
The evaluation process will take place during June and July 2026, while the Pitch session before the evaluation committee is planned for the week between July 20 and July 24 and will be held in Podgorica.
