The Innovation Fund of Montenegro has launched a Public Call for the selection of independent technical consultants who will be engaged in the preparation of feasibility studies under the 2026 Programme for Supporting Innovation in the Field of Energy Efficiency in Industry.
The main objective of the 2026 Programme for Supporting Innovation in the Field of Energy Efficiency in Industry is to improve energy efficiency and/or increase the use of available renewable energy sources through the introduction of innovative technologies by micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) operating in the metal industry sectors under NACE Rev. 2.1: 24, 25 and 28. Detailed information about the Programme is available on the Fund’s website: HERE.
For applications that meet the Programme requirements and successfully pass the first stage of evaluation, the Fund will organise the preparation of feasibility studies aimed at assessing opportunities to improve energy efficiency and/or generate energy from renewable sources in companies’ industrial facilities.
Independent technical consultants – experts with different professional backgrounds – will be engaged to prepare the feasibility studies, depending on the specific needs of each individual project.
Applications should be submitted by email to [email protected] and must include a CV, relevant references, and a description of previous assignments demonstrating compliance with the requirements set out in the Terms of Reference (ToR).
The Call is open until 1 December 2026.
Further details about the assignment are available in the Terms of Reference (ToR).
