The Innovation Fund of Montenegro has launched a Public Call for the Selection of Experts to Conduct the Evaluation of Applications under the Programme for Encouraging Innovation in the Function of Energy Efficiency in Industry.
The main objective of the 2026 Programme for Encouraging Innovation in the Function of Energy Efficiency in Industry is to increase energy efficiency and/or increase the use of available renewable energy sources through the introduction of innovative technologies by micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) in the manufacturing industry, specifically in the fields of the metal industry under KD 2025: 24, 25 and 28. In accordance with the Programme rules, project applications will be evaluated by an independent three-member expert committee established by the Fund in accordance with the Rulebook on the Evaluation Process.
The Innovation Fund is therefore inviting applications from experts to participate in the evaluation process. Selected experts will, as members of the expert committee, evaluate applications in two rounds and submit a proposal for the final ranking of projects for co-financing.
Applicants must be experts from the BCMS language area and able to conduct the evaluation process in the local language.
