1 About the programme

The Programme supports innovative projects by newly established and existing micro, small and medium-sized enterprises, with the aim of developing new or improved products, services, technologies and processes and their future commercialisation. Projects at TRL 5–8 are supported.

Total budget: EUR 1,000,000
Grant amount: EUR 50,000–200,000
Co-financing: up to 80% of eligible costs
Project duration: 12–36 months.

The evaluation is conducted in two phases and includes the assessment of project design, innovation level, applicant capacity, project sustainability and impact.

2 Eligible applicants

Newly established and existing micro, small and medium-sized enterprises registered in Montenegro and meeting the programme requirements. Newly established enterprises may have been established up to 5 years before the application submission date.

Partnerships are not eligible.
