The Innovation Fund of Montenegro has announced a Call for Expressions of Interest to participate in the work of the Expert Commission for the evaluation of project proposals in the second phase of the Programme for Financing Innovative Solutions in the Public Sector (GovTech).
The Expert Commission will be responsible for the professional evaluation of project proposals submitted by companies and scientific research organizations within the second phase of the GovTech programme, with the aim of developing and implementing innovative technological solutions in the public sector. The evaluation process will be conducted in two rounds. The overall evaluation period will last up to 90 days from the closing date of the Public Call, while the second evaluation round requires the physical presence of commission members in Podgorica during project presentation (pitch) sessions. The working language is Montenegrin.
The Commission will consist of three independent experts who must have relevant professional experience in the fields of innovation, digital transformation, management of innovative projects, and project evaluation.
