The Innovation Fund of Montenegro announces a Public Call for the selection of members of the Expert Committee for the evaluation of project proposals submitted under the Public Call for Support to Early-Stage Startup Development.

Experts will evaluate projects submitted under the Support Program for Early-Stage Startup Development, with a total budget of €400,000. The goal of this program is to enhance the startup ecosystem in Montenegro by supporting the growth and development of both existing and new startup companies. The program is open to teams or existing startups developing solutions with high growth potential in the market. The Innovation Fund provides grants of up to €35,000 per project, offering not only financial support but also mentorship, which is especially valuable at this stage of development.
In this regard, three independent experts with relevant professional expertise, experience, and knowledge are needed to evaluate the project proposals. The main task of the Expert Committee is to assess and evaluate submitted proposals based on predefined criteria and to provide funding recommendations to the Innovation Fund. The evaluation process will be conducted in line with international best practices, ensuring transparency and fair competition.
The evaluation process will take place during June and July 2025, while the Pitch Session before the evaluator committee is planned for the first half of July and will be held in Podgorica.
