The Innovation Fund of Montenegro, in cooperation with the Chamber of Commerce of Montenegro, organized a training : “How to prepare an application for a collaborative grant?” on July 20., 2022. This training is part of UNDP’s continuous support for the development of the Fund’s institutional capacities, through the “Norway for you – Montenegro” program.
The lecturer was an international business development expert, Vladimir Vojvodić, and UNDP consultant of the Fund.  Vladimir explained how to make a high-quality project application for the Collaborative Grants for Innovation Program. The training covered: preparation of necessary application documentation; basic methodology for creaating a business plan; the best way to present market potential; organizational plan of project and risks; the most common mistakes and the importance of the “elevator pitch”.
