Innovation Fund of Montenegro announces a Public Call for the selection of an Environmental and Social Expert for 2026.
In order to ensure consistent implementation of the Environmental and Social Management Framework (ESMF), which defines the environmental and social procedures that projects financed by the Fund must comply with in accordance with the applicable legislation of Montenegro, the Innovation Fund will engage an external Environmental and Social Expert.
The engagement of the expert aims to provide professional support to the Innovation Fund in the process of identifying, classifying, and assessing potential environmental and social impacts and risks of project proposals submitted for financing, for which the application of procedures defined by the ESMF is envisaged during 2026. Particular focus will be placed on the assessment of risk mitigation measures, as well as on monitoring their implementation, where applicable.
Interested candidates for the Public Call for the selection of an Environmental and Social Expert are required to submit a motivation letter and a CV no later than 16 February 2026 to the email address info@fondzainovacije.me, with the subject line:
